Enjoy our beach side fun & challenging group running programs designed to improve your running & cardiovascular performance. Joining our running groups gives you the opportunity to push yourself outside your comfort zone and find a new love for running.
Your running training program includes interval, fartlek, hills, stairs and sand focused training all designed to make running easier and even prepare you for an event such as the ‘Melbourne Marathon’ or ‘Run for the Kids’.
