Health Angels provides a specialised group personal training service for new mums wanting to look and feel great about their body. Our fun, friendly and flexible approach helps mums form long term healthy exercise and eating habits that last a lifetime.

FRIENDLY: Health Angels knows that mums and bubs have so much to gain from being in a regular exercise program, that we've made it as convenient and beneficial as possible for you.  Bring your bub with you to our mums fitness sessions!

Our small, social, groups sessions will give you more energy, greater core strength and make you physically stronger to perform your daily tasks, as well as helping you lose weight & tone up.

FUN: To keep you motivated & having fun, we will mix up your sessions with a variety of Cardio, Strength, Core Stabilisation and Boxing, all run by Fitness Professionals, ensuring you experience a great workout.

FLEXIBLE: We like to make our sessions as convenient and flexible as possible. That’s why, if you have to miss a class, you’re able to attend any of our other group sessions at any of our parks within the 12 weeks, to catch up.

Our mums and bubs fitness sessions cater to all levels of fitness in a non-competitive environment.

The initial program runs 1, 2 or 3 times a week for 12 weeks, which is enough time to see yourself trimmer, stronger, healthier and more energised, no matter what your fitness level was to begin with.

I was apprehensive at first but Michelle, and the other mums were very supportive and it wasn't hard at all to get myself to the park twice a week.

I look forward to my sessions so much and Maggie does too, we both enjoy the fresh air and good company and I always feel uplifted afterwards. I have found the sessions to be very adaptable from when I was easing back into exercising, to challenging myself as my fitness has improved.  I even found myself signing up for the Sunday running group which is an achievement in itself for me as a 'non-runner'.   It's such a great mix of group exercise but with personal care & attention from the trainers, I would recommend Health Angels to anyone.
